The Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, Lionel Green-Thompson invites you to ‘sundowners’ at the Vancouver Yacht Club from 6-8 pm on Saturday August 20, 2022.
The team are in Vancouver to attend The Network: Towards Unity for Health conference at UBC. Prof Green-Thompson and his team are looking forward to meeting alumni and filling you in on faculty developments.

Health Specialists by training with an interest in Health Equity.
Professor Steve Reid: Interim Head of the Department of Family, Community and Emergency Care and Director of Primary Health Care Directorate.
Professor Valerie Mizrahi: Professorial Director and Full Member, Institute of Infectious Disease and Molecular Medicine (IDM); Director, UCT Molecular Mycobacteriology Research Unit (MMRU) and Co-Director, DSI/NRF Centre of Excellence for Biomedical TB Research (CBTBR). Presently on sabbatical at
UBC.
Professor Roshan Galvaan: Head of Department, Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences an Occupational Therapist by training and a member of Inclusive Practices Africa Research Group.
