Dear Alumni

We are presently negotiating with Ethiopian Airlines for a discount rate for UCT Alumni flying between Canada, South Africa or Africa.  This could be a substantial discount for alumni. It is one of the perks we are looking to offer our UCT alumni who are within our Canadian network.

These negotiations hinge on the number of UCT Alumni who would want to take up such an offer.  If this is something you would consider on your future flights south, please email info@uctcanada.ca with a brief 'Yes'.

Ethiopian Airlines currently operates 5 flights per week out of Toronto.  Being part of Star Alliance, they make use of Air Canada as a partner airline to carry passengers from other cities in Canada – so effectively they have fares from most cities in Canada.
